1. Nature of Services
Rex Edge Health provides telemedicine-based weight management, metabolic care, men’s health services, and performance optimization. Services may include virtual medical consultations, prescription management, GLP-1 and adjunctive therapies, and wellness optimization.
2. Medical Advice, Communication, and Messaging
Information on our website, marketing content, emails, or social media is for general educational purposes only and should not be considered personal medical advice.
However, medical recommendations, care instructions, follow-up guidance, and treatment adjustments provided through our secure patient portal, Practice Better messaging system, or during telehealth consultations DO constitute medical advice when they are:

Delivered by a licensed Rex Edge Health provider, AND

Provided within the context of an active provider–patient relationship.
You understand and agree that:

Messaging is a supplemental form of communication and may not replace a scheduled visit when clinically required.

Your provider may instruct you to schedule a telemedicine appointment if your concern requires a full evaluation.

Response times may vary, and messaging should not be used for emergencies.

Only messages sent through our secure, HIPAA-compliant platform are recognized as official medical communication.
Messages sent through email, SMS, social media, or other non-secure channels are not considered medical advice and should not be used for clinical concerns.
3. Consent to Telemedicine

By using our Services, you consent to receiving care via telehealth, including video consultations, electronic health record storage, and remote prescribing when clinically appropriate.
4. Eligibility
To use Rex Edge Health Services, you must:

Be located in a state in which our providers are licensed

Complete required medical forms

Provide accurate and truthful information
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue care when clinically appropriate.
5. Membership, Billing and Payment
Rex Edge Health may offer monthly or recurring membership programs. By enrolling, you authorize recurring billing until cancellation.
You agree that payment is due at the time of service and before each membership billing cycle.
6. Fees Are Non-Refundable
ALL fees paid to Rex Edge Health are strictly non-refundable.
This includes:

Pharmacy or compounding charges

Missed appointment fees

Early cancellation of memberships
No refunds are given for changes in eligibility, insurance, clinical outcomes, or patient decision to discontinue care.
7. Medication Policies
Prescriptions are provided only when medically appropriate. Medication pricing, supply, and delivery are controlled by independent pharmacies.
Lost or stolen medication will not be replaced.
8. No Insurance Billing
Rex Edge Health operates as a direct-pay practice. We do not bill insurance, provide CPT codes, or guarantee reimbursement.
9. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
You agree to follow all appointment policies. Fees for missed or late-cancelled visits are non-refundable.
10. Privacy & HIPAA
We comply with federal and state privacy laws. Your health information is stored securely and used for treatment, payment, and healthcare operations. We do not sell PHI.
11. Website Use & Intellectual Property
All content, branding, images, and materials on the Rex Edge Health website are owned by Rex Edge Health and may not be used without permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
Rex Edge Health is not liable for technical failures, communication delays, pharmacy errors, or indirect damages. Use of our Services is at your own risk.
13. Modification of Terms
